He has in been in the automotive field since 1988 holding different positions in customer service and store management throughout his career. He is a local person who went to Newfield High School and graduated in 1988.

Joe is the Consultant of Middle Country Automotive as of April 2005. He has been in the automotive industry since 1974. Joe is a resident of Suffolk County and continues to help and participate in his community. Joe has helped to improve his community by providing sponsorship for local children’s sports teams as well as some school events. Customer service and satisfaction is always his number one priority.
Kelly GoldbergCustomer Service
Kelly has been an influential member of our company’s success since 2003. As the receptionist, she is always helping customers in a positive, friendly manner. Without Kelly’s role at Middle Country Automotive, the atmosphere would be drastically different.
Ricky SemariaService Advisor
Ricky joined our team in 2020 and brings with him 35 years of mechanical experience along with 15 years of automotive management and sales. Ricky is ASE certified and has become a great asset to our office team as well as assisting the technicians with knowledge in the shop.
John DourdounasAuto Technician
John joined our Middle Country Automotive family in 2015 and brings with him a plethora of technical knowledge, proving him a valuable asset to our team. John is a veteran technician that has been active in the automotive industry since 1986; during that time he has worked at dealerships as well as other repair shops.
Eric SimpsonAuto Technician
Eric is the newest member of our MCA family and brings with him many years of diagnostic experience along with a great passion for the automotive trade. Eric has quickly become a great asset to our staff.
Matthew ParrishAuto Technician
Matt started with us in 2017 as a shop helper. Matt did well keeping the shop clean and organized and also was an extra hand to the mechanics when needed. Since then, Matt completed many training classes as wells as picked up mechanical knowledge working alongside our technicians and has become a great technician and an asset to our team.
Paul WildgenAuto Technician
Paul joined our MCA family in 2022 and comes with 35 of mechanical experience along with being a Level 4 Chrysler technician. Paul has already proven to be a great addition to our team and we look forward to him staying with us for a long time.
Jake ArnaoAuto Technician
Jake came to us after attending the Boces Automotive program for two years and has been a part of our team since February of 2022. Jake has a passion for working on cars and is eager to expand is mechanical knowledge all the way up to diesel repairs.
Jacob GrabinaAuto Technician
Jacob is our seasonal technician and our newest hire. He is a fulltime college student at Suny Brockport and he is a history major with the intent to teach high school history. He has three years of automotive experience and is determined to learn all he can about the industry.
Matthew WalshAuto Technician
Matthew went into the automotive repair industry after graduating high school starting as a quick lube tech and learning auto repairs hands. Matthew joined us in 2023 and has a great attitude and work ethic along with a passion for working on cars and is eager to learn and take on new tasks. We look forward to continuing to educate and train Matt through hands on experience with our seasoned technicians as well as investing in training classes for him as well. Matt is already proven to be a great addition to our shop team.
Christian GagnonAuto Technician
Christian recently graduated New Field High School and is our 2023 recipient for our Automotive Scholarship we give through the school district. He is currently continuing his automotive repair education that he started in high school through Boces and we have hired him to be our shop helper. Christian helps keep our shop clean and in order as well as assists the mechanics when an extra hand is needed. He has a strong desire to learn and perform in our industry and we look forward to see what the future will bring for him.
