Brought my Toyota hybrid in, check hybrid system came up, I originally went to a different mechanic they did a diagnostic and the code came up that it was the main battery 3 - $4,000 job I had noticed water had gotten into the trunk so I thought the electrical system had been fried but if I disconnected the battery and reconnected it I would be able to Clear the code and the car would drive again for a while but the code would pop up again so I took it to Middle country automotive they called me and told me to come pick up the car apparently all it needed was to dry out completely they couldn't find anything wrong with the car they handed me my keys back and said have a nice day. If I have any issues with any of my cars in the future I am definitely using their shop they were friendly and honest.

Troy and the crew at MCA are always helpful and my experience has been excellent. They offer advice without making me feel pressured into anything. We have 3 primary cars serviced here and MCA helps to keep them in great shape. We recently acquired a fun car and Troy was very upfront in setting expectations about it being a money pit. Prices are fair, scheduling is easy, and I love the communication methods (online quotes and follow up discussion if needed). They have taken time with my son as a new car owner and driver to explain things. I highly recommend this company, even as a woman I do not feel taken advantage of as so many places do. Special shout out to Kelly who helps to keep it all organized and is very friendly at the front desk.
