First time at this location. Oil change and inspection. Smooth process, they were very quick, and it was nice to go to a mechanic where they didn't try to scam or upsell you on things you don't need. As long as they remain honest I will continue as a return customer.

My battery went dead, and being 81 yrs. old, I panicked . I got it jumped and drove to Middle Country Automotive in Centereach. I left the car running and asked if they could put in a new battery. They immediately took my car in and they installed it. I can't ask for better service and they are all so helpful.

As always the crew at the shop took care of me promptly and respectfully.

Always honest and professional. Highly recommend. Example, my hybrid system had issue. I am past 36,000 mile warranty. The team at Middle Country todl me about the nys 80k warranty on hybrids. The dealer had to honor.
