Some of those guys just don't know what they're doing... for example, they did My wheel alignment 4 times without getting it right, before finally telling me "your car came with a defect from the factory preventing the alignment." Brought it elsewhere, they took one look under the car and said "hey look, the toe is out of line" did it in 5 minutes for me for free and recommended I get a refund from this shop. And this is just ONE bad experience I've had here. Sorry !
