I HIT A POT HOLE AND BLEW OUT MY FRONT TIRE. MIDDLE COUNTRY AUTO CONTACTED THE COMPANY THAT I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH AND WORKED OUT THE DETAILS AND THE TIRE REPAIR WAS ALL COVERED BY THE WARRANTY COMPANY IT COST ME $0. THANK YOU MIDDLE COUNTRY AUTO FOR GOING THROUGH THE TROUBLE TO SPEAK WITH THE COMPANY.(I'M SURE YOU WHERE ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES)

Been going here since 2013 and have never been disappointed. Quite the opposite actually. They're very professional. My car took longer than expected once, so they gave me a rental van overnight which I cannot tell you how grateful I was!! Years ago they were on the radio for repairing an old ladies SUV for free around the holidays. 110% reccomend over any other shop!! How you treat your customers is everything. 👍👍
