Great service as always

The people who work at Middle Country Auto are so nice and accommodating. I had to tow my car unexpectedly at closing time on a Saturday. They took my name and information, then promptly looked at my car first thing on Monday morning. Troy called and gave me a detailed explanation of the problems with my car and the next steps to pursue. I had my car back, good as new, by 2:00 on Monday. The team there is always prompt, and never trying to sell you a bill of goods. My family has been customers there for more than 15 years, and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.

I have been a customer for well over 20 years. I have always been treated with professionalism, and kindness. I am always satisfied with the service I receive from either location. Our family is truly fond of all of them.

I am relatively new to this area and this was my first experience using your services and I was very impressed. During this whole virus thing I had neglected to get my car inspected and it was way passed due. I called and they said bring it right in. When I got there I was surprised on how clean the waiting area was. At my age I have been in many an automotive repair shops ad this place was clean. All employees had mask on, when I gave them my name they knew exactly why I was there and then they asked ME "When would you like your car to be ready"? I needed it by 4 and they said "ok, we will do our best to have it ready for you". Not only was it ready when I needed it I could see they took extreme safety precautions to insure their customers safety from the virus. The steering wheel had a plastic covering on it, the seats had plastic coverings on them, the handle you use to shift gears had a plastic covering on it and of course there was a paper mat on the floor. I felt so comfortable entering my vehicle. I would like to thank everyone at Middle Country Automotive for working during this crisis, showing you care about your customers safety and the professional way you took care of my vehicle. Best service team quality work and parts You can’t go wrong with this shop vary reliable honest and up front Just had my AC recharged about 2 weeks ago air is ice cold now They even called me about a week later to make sure it was still ice cold MIddle Country auto definitely provides that family auto service feel I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else
