I have been going to Middle country auto for more years than I care to remember and over those years I have always had the feeling that I was treated fairly and never a thought that the repairs were unnecessary. I always highly recommend Middle country auto to anyone who is looking for good auto service.

I went to drop my car off last night around 5:30 for my appointment today to have my oil changed. I was waiting for my brother in law to come pick me up while checking in with Kelly. Troy came out and said they could take me “now” to save me from having to come back tmrw. I was in and out within 20 mins. I have been going to Middle Country Auto for over 20 years, always been treated well, trusted them 100%. I am getting older and now lease my cars, but still would not go anywhere else for my oil changes, tire rotations or Inspections!!

Jeremy always goes above and beyond the call of duty when repairing my cars. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on them. He stands behind his repairs and makes sure the customer is always happy. I can't recommend him and his staff enough!

I am not one to leave reviews but I think my experience at Middle Country Automotive warrants one. I took my car there after work one day about 5:30, fully expecting to wait a day or so for a diagnosis as to what the problem was. That evening I received an email as to what the issue was, from that point on my contact at MCA was Troy. He was very professional, honest, courteous, and informative whenever we spoke. I knew exactly what was going on with my car and what the plan of action was, needed a motor. I will definitely be returning to Middle Country Automotive for future repairs.
