Never disappointed with the service and repairs from Middle Country Auto in Centereach--Keith and his whole crew are friendly, polite and they always do a great job--love that they send a text stating all of repairs and the estimated cost---I've been having my car serviced with Keith since 2002--

I have been using Middle Country Automotive II for several years. I own 5 vehicles (three are my children’s). I have the NYS inspections, oil changes, routine maintenance and all other repairs that need to be made done at MCA II. The staff is honest, informative, polite and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I never feel pressured to have work done that I can’t afford or I don’t think is a priority. However, if they recommend a repair and feel it is a priority I trust them and their recommendations. Car repairs are often expensive and untimely MCAII always schedules service and repairs quickly, gets the work done, and usually has you back in your vehicle the same day. They are also competitively priced and honest about what they are charging. They are also good with technology. They use texts for estimates (which are easy to read and understand. Each item is broken down and priced for you to see). They also text or call if there is an issue with the work they are doing, to keep the customer informed. They also text and call when your vehicle is ready for pick up. They also follow up with you friendly call asking how you vehicle is and if you are satisfied with the service.

Jeremy is a stand up guy who took the time to explain everything and offer great prices. Hard to find honest and knowledgeable mechanics so Middle Country Automotive was a breath of fresh air! Keep in mind, gps isn’t great mapping here so set it to Pollo Rico and their parking lot is behind them.
