Selden and Centereach Auto Repair

Stopped by as soon as I noticed a screeching sound everytime I brake. They told me my brakes need to be replaced and my rotors were also broken along with other issues. When I asked how much it would cost to repair just the brakes and motors, the guy took out a calculator and told me $800. Apparently it's $600 for the brakes on a 2007 Honda Civic and $200 for the rotors (dude whipped out a calculator to do 200+600 but that's beside the point). I went to another automotive shop to get a second opinion and was told that my brake pads were a just little worn out and the rotors are fine and it costed $175 total. If you do end up going here and they tell you that multiple things are wrong with your car, always get a second opinion. Also, do not trust their prices if it seems overly expensive.
