Have been bringing out cars to MCA for 17 years. Always a great experience with the service and staff. Staff is always trustworthy and provides the "right" course regarding repairs, etc. Recently brought out 2007 Honda Element for repairs and the cost was way lower than expected...and it needed a lot of TLC.

Best service in town! No doubt about it. Troy's customer service skills are bar none. He took his time and explained to me, in layman's terms what needed to be done for service completion. I listened, did what he told me to do, and voila! As I said, BEST. SERVICE. IN. TOWN.

I lost my brakes on my Silverado pick up.... MCA took it in right away and fixed everything... I got my truck back the same day. Excellent service and good price!!

I had another great service appointment. I had routine oil change, tire rotation, etc..I was in and out quickly. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, and professional.

I went for the NY state inspection and got great service. My car was broken so I couldn’t do the inspection at one time however they manage to handle all the Inspection with no extra charge. They even removed screws that was in my tire for free!

I do NOT recommend this place!!! My car showed a low coolant light, so I decided to take my car to this place given its very good reviews. The result is: after they claimed they have fixed the problem and I paid $700+, the coolant light showed up again during the first time I drove my car after the fix. I had to come back and drop off my car again, and was given a new bill of $1600. This is ridiculous, and I of course refuse to pay it. I took my car to an authorized dealer. I just paid $300+ for a service that ACTUALLY fixed the problem! Other than this place couldn't fix the problem and charge ridiculous bills, my experience with the people there was not great either. I immediately felt that they want me to pay for more services when I arrived the place. The guy who was in charge was also impatient and sometime a bit rude.

I've been bringing my family's cars to MCA for years. I trust their work and appreciate the thoroughness of care they provide in keeping our vehicles operating safely. Plus they work fast. I'd recommend MCA to anyone.
