If you like a condescending rude douche bag, this is the place for you. I recommend going somewhere else. The guy named Troy that approached me had nothing but a attitude from the moment I got there. There's no where to park in there lot, unless you want to park your nice vehicle in the dirt. Save your money and time and go to one of the many other shops around the area.

I would like to apologize to you for the bad experience you had and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This is not how we operate as customer service is our first priority. This was the first time in my life that I hv had to handle servicing an auto and it was a breeze. My husband always went to the dealer or Firestone. I was recommended to Middle Country by two friends. Because of the corona virus I was concerned about waiting time, but I waited outside and service was fast.
