I brought my Nissan Pathfinder to three different dealerships, and was not treated well, as well as their mechanics did not do a complete and good job like Middle Country Automotive. Middle Country Automotive has always gone out of their way multiple times to help out when car issues have really inconvenienced my family and I. I just had a ton of work done that my previous dealership failed to pick up on, or chose to ignore on purpose. I chose to invest on the car that I love and it feels and runs like I just pulled it off the lot, brand new. Troy and the team are straight shooters and make sure that everyone is on the same page prior to any work being done. This is a local family business that I am proud to give my business to. Professional work done at a fair price and in a timely manner

Very friendly/efficient staff and my vehicle was serviced on time.

I am from Florida, and when I am up here, I only use MCA, for my auto needs. They are honest, reliable, keep you informed, and get the work done in a very reasonable time frame.

Nothing but great experiences with this shop. Prices are fair,, but more importantly, you don't get any BS from them. They recommend only what is needed and do exactly that. No trying to sell you on service or parts that you don't really need. The only thing more important than quality in this business, I think, is honesty - and they know it. Great service and highly professional. Also friendly, which feels like a rarity sometimes. Very impressed with their timeliness too. I've been to great shops in the past that took a week to do the work...in the 3 times I've been in here, I was out the same day.
