Middle Country Automotive has been servicing my family's cars since as long as I could remember!! I will not go anywhere else. Joe and Keith have been like family to me and I trust them as well as the rest of the staff. Any time I go there they greet me by name and accommodate my needs. I never mind waiting for my car, but if I need to leave it there they're always willing to drive me home and then pick me up when it's ready. I don't know any other shop willing to do that for a customer!! It's great to know, as a woman, I can trust my Jeep with Middle Country Automotive!! Thank you!! Another excellent experience today at MCA. Used them a few times now for two different vehicles, both needing major work. Never once charged me for something I didn’t need or tried to talk me into anything extra. Excellent service, excellent customer service!

Quality service, attention to detail and ya actually walk out of the place with some of your income intact. I highly recommend them!

Go here if you want to not have you car looked at for hours even though you brought it in 8am and scheduled a week in advanced. 7 hours for an inspection. Also they are overpriced

On Feb 8 at 1:15pm Called for a photo inspection the lady on the phone pleasant said as long as it isn't rain it's fine mind you it did in the am my car was dry the I get there the guys say no not today because its cloudy really PAL I took it elsewhere in out in 10 minutes lost a possible customer an I wouldn't recommend lazy on a photo then lazy at work
