Had a standard oil change via walk-in. Staff was very professional/courteous, and the service overall was efficient. I also observed serveral "regular customers," that appeared to be very content with the service they have been receiving. Very happy and the ratings they have received seem well earned.

Excellent customer service is what most people don't see from their auto repair shop or dealer. However, when a new oil pan was installed on my vehicle and then turned out to be defective, Troy at Middle Country Automotive did everything a customer could ask for. The replacement was completed quickly and courteously thereby causing minimal inconvenience. Their electronic service reminders are also a welcome addition to the usual sticker on the windshield.
