Once again I was impressed by the service provided by Middle Country Auto. I brought my car in for an inspection and found out I needed brakes (not a surprise,the car had 38k). Troy showed me pictures of the brakes,etc., and gave me options to choose what repairs needed to be done and which could wait. I got all the work done. I really appreciated the pictures,I'm a car person, and the options that were presented. The car was finished an hour ahead of the time they told me it would be ready and they even gave me a ride home and picked me up. I also love that they don't talk down to me when explaining things. As a woman I have had many a mechanic speak to me as if I was dumb and even try to give me false information about my car. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
