I have been bringing my cars there for years. Very reputable shop, they stand behind their work and are fair and honest. Reasonable prices on repairs. They care about their customers and go out of their way to deliver the personal touch.

My wife recently told me how horrible it is to drive to work with the AC not working. I didn't know it didn't work. That morning, brought the vehicle in for service. Turns out it was a little more than just a recharge. But the MCA mechanics got it done. They were able to give me an accurate and confident cost and completion time. Even got the inspection done. We've been going to them for two generations. They keep track of all the maintenance on our cars and send reminders. They offer email receipts. Their most redeeming quality is that they are looking for long term customers and demonstrate that through their customer service. When a repair is "needed" (exhaust, brakes, etc) they will give you an honest appraisal about how urgently it needs to be done. They also have offered advice on potential car purchases which served us well.
