Just picked up my car today from the Selden location. I needed extensive work - i expected it going in - and delays getting parts were expected. I was dealt with professionally - communication was wonderful, and the timeline for completion was accurate.

Friendly and helpful! They kept me up to date with everything for my wifes car but did not pressure me into getting anything more than i asked!

I love this place. Every time I have been in, the whole staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I usually take my car and wait and I have always had a pleasant experience here. I have two cars that are on the older side, and I have taken them to other places on the island where I was told I would need costly repairs even to pass a state inspection. At MCA, they did not force us into costly repairs. They made the typical suggestions for maintenance but did not scare us into anything unnecessary.
