Was just reading all your reviews. I find it incredulous that out of all 3,098 reviews, dating all the way back to 2013 that I could only find 2 reviews that didn't give you 5 stars, and there was even one customer that gave you a negative review but still gave you 5 stars. This means that out of 3,098 customers, spanning 10 years, I was the only customer that wasn't satisfied with your work. I'm sorry to say that your review rating doesn't pass the smell test. I wouldn't trust Joe as far as I could throw him.

This shop is by far the absolute best place to bring your car. The mechanics are knowledgeable and everyone is friendly and willing to work with you. Truly a painless experience. I have been going to Middle Country automotive for years and have never had a bad experience.

It is a very pleasant place when you need work on your car. Honest, efficient, courteous and just a good, reliable business. I highly recommend.

What can I say that I already haven't? Loyalty continues to be given to them as they earn it with every visit! Kelly is a kind hearted, good soul and the owners/mechanics team are too. Went in for an oil change, (with an appointment), which I was originally was going to drop off, but last minute decided I would stay to get a reprieve from my 4 kids, 5 cats and energetic puppy! They had me in and out quickly, and even made sure I got back a coupon and gave me another promotion that saved a little bit more. They always put customers FIRST and it was clear from my first visit to my most recent.
