I only brought my car in for an oil change, but while I was waiting, just listening to the staff explain the work and what's involved to fix their issues was enough for me to go back every time I have an issue with one of my cars, I can honestly say I will not feel like I am not getting ripped off like after I leave other mechanic shops!
