Excellent service

My car was towed to a local service station by LIRR late in the evening because it stalled exiting Sunrise Hwy. The next morning I immediately called MCA to see if they can perform diagnostic on my car ASAP. They were more than accommodating and started to troubleshoot the symptoms once it was towed to their facility. Not only did they diagnose the problem was related to a seized engine but the manager, Jeremy worked with my extended warranty company to ensure it will be covered under the manufacture publish defect. He called me back every few hours to provide me with a step by step status update; that is true 'customer service' and a level of professionalism you rarely find with auto service business. This is not the only time they went out of their way to provide such excellent service coupled with knowledgeable mechanics... I would recommend the Centereach office to anyone looking for an honest, professional and knowledgeable auto repair center.

The level of customer service and expertise is outstanding. Maria is always very friendly and responsive regardless of the situation. The site manager, Jeremy is very professional and knowledgable in not only diagnosing the issue but ensuring the repair us done correctly. They stand by their work!

Quick and professional auto service..

Brought my car in without an appointment for an oil change. I wanted to wait for the car. Maria at the front desk was happy to accommodate. The people here are friendly and professional. If they make recommendations for future service, they'll give you the price and no hard sell. I plan on bringing both my cars here in the future.

Thanks to Jeremy and Maria for providing top of the line service and customer care. I've been going to Middle Country Automotive for over 2 years now and they do all of my automotive work.
