Always a great experience! From maria In the front office, to jeremy & the mechanics, i never have a bad thing to say about them. You know your not getting ripped off when you go there.

Very friendly and patient. I bring my car there and they call me with an overview. Sometimes I do not have money right away and they never make me feel bad about not doing the work. When I am ready to have work done they always take car right away. Jeremy, one of the mechanics there is very honest and makes me feel comfortable taking my car there. Maria at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating. I would not take my car anywhere else even if work is cheaper elsewhere. It’s hard to find a great honest auto shop where you know you are not being taken advantage of, and that is what I found in middle country Automotive ll.

Car was taken in at 8:55am and returned at 12:10pm, just over 3 hours. Labor charge was a lot higher if rate is $90.00 an hour labor rate??? Other then that I am very satisfied.

I dropped my car off and it was ready as discussed, on time.
