I only left a rating but this place deserves more than that: I called this place on a Thursday night, maybe 10 minutes before closing because my wife had said she had some problems with the brakes. We were driving on a long trip on Saturday, so I wanted to make sure there were no issues with the car. Luckily, MCA2 said that I could bring my car in the next morning for an inspection. That's already +1. I brought my car in and dropped it off so they could inspect the issue I described. About an hour later, I received a text containing an estimate for new brake pads, tires, and tire installation. A few minutes later, I got a call back and MCA2 told me that my brake pads and tire treads were worn down but the car was otherwise fine. I appreciated the fact that MCA2 was honest with me and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of unnecessary repairs or replacements. They told me that my brake pads and tires were low, but that I could probably drive another month or so without having to replace them. They said that I could also rotate my tires if I didn't want to replace them immediately, but that I should be thinking about replacing them soon. Other places will sell you on a false sense of urgency to try to get your business, but MCA2 was honest and said there was no immediate need. I could have said thank you, retrieved my car, and went to someone else, but MCA2 provided an honest assessment, even if it meant losing business. So wow, I really appreciated that. In the end, I opted to have my brake pads replaced and tires rotated. They gave me a time estimate, which they beat, and I went over to pick it up. They explained the warranty process to me and I noticed that the repair sheet exactly described my problem. Will definitely return!
