Made an appointment online and somebody called me bossing around. Without looking at the car, he kept saying in an intimidating way that the car may have serious electrical problems and I need to drop off the car for the entire day. He felt like “I have 40 years experiences, so I know your car better than you do! Are you a mechanic?” When I asked about the price, he felt like “there definitely will be more problems that you don’t know, so I cannot say.” I know the exact pricing is hard to estimate, but you don’t have to show me bad attitudes ok. I don’t understand why this store has good reputation with such horrible customer services (and i know for a fact that the labor fee there is not cheap). [Updated on Oct 27] I got the car fixed in Jiffy Lube nearby slightly more than an hour the very next day (Oct 19). It’s simply an alternator problem as I knew it. Once the alternator was replaced, everything worked fine. The mechanic there also double checked and confirmed that everything else was fine.
