Christina, We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and for the mix-up that occurred. We have two different types of appointments. We have customers who schedule their car for service and drop off and we have waiting appointments for express services like oil changes, inspections and maintenance services. When you dropped off your vehicle our service writer confirmed that you were dropping off and when we saw you sitting in the waiting room we thought you were being picked up. Once you told us you were waiting for your car we did our best to get your car done as quickly as possible in spite of the fact that we had 5 scheduled waiting customers. Unfortunately your vehicle needed some work to pass inspection (which we were willing to do while you waited). We understand your frustration and we tried our best for you. Please don't hesitate to give us another try, I am sure you won't be disappointed.
