Finding a good mechanic is hard to find, especially when you move to a new location. I went to MCA based on multiple reviews from others, and am glad I did. My first appt was routine, but a minor mistake happened. Not only did they correct the problem immediately, but they gave me a voucher for an oil change (which I didn't know about, nor expect!). During my second routine visit, a warning light was on for my tires-a warning light I'd never seen before. I did a little research and figured there may be an issue with the sensor. Did they take me for my money and give me something I didn't need, so they could make an extra buck? Absolutely not. They told me the issue was just low tire pressure from the cold, and explained my car model had a different way of notifying me of that issue (the car manuals never give you this info!). I'm beyond grateful for them not only owning their mistakes, but for their ethics in not ripping off their customers. We'll be with them as long as we're in their area!
